MEET OUR PROFESSIONAL STAFF
Cheryl T. Munson,
Executive DirectorMs. Munson brings a broad background to the organization, having a wealth of experience in accounting, auditing and program management. She has provided group and individualized training for over 25 years. Her ability to teach others from her own exceptional organizational skills has been acclaimed by many organizations, Ms. Munson's training manuals have been well received nationally. When she is not coordinating the efforts of the entire staff, Ms. Munson participates in many activities with her dogs. She has trained her dogs and participates in obedience shows, flyball tournaments, herding trails and agility matches. She is also a licensed American Kennel Club Obedience Judge.
Mr. Boyler has provided training and seminars to schools, organizations and businesses in New York State for over 30 years. He is currently providing Certification Courses for Proprietary School Teachers under the auspices of the New York State Education Department. He was formerly a teacher and administrator with the Rochester City School District and a Professor at Monroe Community College. Mr. Boyler was Director of Training and Volunteer Development for Big Brothers Big Sisters in Rochester for many years. He has numerous publications in the area of education, training and curriculum design. When not teaching, he spends as much time as possible in sunnier climates.

Denett M. Pimkowski,
Director of TrainingMs. Pimkowski has provided training for many major corporations, including Xerox, Motorola, SEMATECH, Eastman Kodak and Prudential Corporations. She is a Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO 9000 Lead Auditor and a reviewer for the New York State Quality Award. She has taught at both Monroe Community College and Finger Lakes Community College. When Ms. Pimkowski slows her pace, she is the head carriage driver at the Granger Homestead and Carriage Museum in Canandaigua, New York. Ms. Pimkowski, and her Morgan horses Flirt, Peter, and Lucy, take visitors through the historic district in an antique carriage while she shares the history of the museum and the city. Ms. Pimkowski has chaired the carriage committee of the museum for 7 years.
Ms. Beck has a wide background in the area of education and human services. She was formerly a clinical supervisor at the Hillside Children's Center in Rochester, New York. She is currently providing the New York State required courses for teachers in proprietary schools in the Upstate New York area, while maintaining her position as a trainer for Penn Traffic Corporation in Macedon, New York. Ms. Beck happily spends what little free time she has with her husband John and her three children.
